Add Green Chilly,Carrot,Onion,Tomato,Coriander Leaves,Salt And Ginger In The Batter.
Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Cumin Seeds To Crackle. Poor Two Ladle Of Batter N Cover It.
Now Cook For Two To Three Mins In A Low Flame. Flip It And Cook The Other Side.
Serve Hot With Coconut Chutney.
